Fendt dealership for J. Donohoe Ltd.

Jim Breen J. Donohoe Ltd., Enniscorthy has been appointed as a Fendt tractor dealer for the South-East.

Agco, which owns both Fendt and Massey Ferguson, has been looking to expand the Fendt distribution network.

Donohoe's have had long associations with Massey Ferguson. As such the Wexford based dealership was the obvious choice to handle the Fendt range, particularly as Donohoe's have built up a good reputation for back-up service in the region.

J. Donohoe Ltd. is the oldest farm machinery dealer in the country. It's links with Massey Ferguson first started in 1901 when they began to sell Massey Harris Binders. The company became a MF dealer in 1946 following the amalgamation of Massey Harris and Harry Ferguson.

The company has since grown - they now cover Meath, Dublin, Kildare Wicklow and Wexford for MF through branches in Enniscorthy and Dublin.

Donohoe's will act as agents for the Fendt range in Waterford, Kilkenny, Tipperary, Limerick, Kildare, Wicklow and Wexford. Dan Kickham, Donohoe's, said, "We are very enthusiastic about the Fendt range. They are the premium make on the market, with a reputation for excellent reliability and low maintenance".
