Row over new Nitrates Directive

Almost 24m gallons over quota

Irish milk producers will face a record super levy bill in the current milk quota year if milk deliveries continue to exceed quota at present levels between now and the end of March, the Minister for Agriculture Joe Walsh warned this week.
