Results: Three out of three in Cavan

Selling agent Padraig Smith, Ballyjamesduff, handled the sale of three small parcels in the past few weeks.

At Drumbure, Scotshouse, Co Monaghan, a 17-acre parcel sold under the hammer to a local farmer for €250,000.

A 10-acre parcel at Longfield, Stradone, was bought by a local man for €167,000. This land comes with an old two-storey house.

Finally, at Drumgur, Stradone, a 14-acre block was withdrawn at auction but sold the day after for €180,000 to a local woman, who is farming.
