Lely

With the Welger RPC 445 Tornado, Lely now has the first fully variable baler-wrapper combination in the marketplace. In addition to a variable baling chamber, the automatic wrapping system is variable as well.

The time the Tornado takes to wrap a bale is so short that the output of the variable round baler can be maximised. Depending on the diameter of the bales, the positioning of the wrapping ring is automatically adapted in order to wrap the bale centrally. This ensures perfect overlap and equally wrapped bales, regardless of their size.

In addition, the ring can easily be switched to mountain mode. In this mode, the bale stays on the wrapping table during transfer from the chamber to the wrapping device.

New Holland

New Holland Agriculture launched the new Roll Baler 125 and Roll Baler 125 Combi at Innovagri. The two models, which have been completely restyled to offer excellent service access, have been extensively renewed and upgraded to meet the requirements of the most demanding contractors, livestock and mixed farmers.

The Roll Baler 125 models have full ISOBUS connectivity to be compatible with tractors and can be specified with a New Holland IntelliViewTM IV monitor.

The baling process is completely monitored on the large colour touchscreen, where key functions such as density setting and wrapper adjustment can be changed in-cab.

Krone

The Combi Pack 1500 from KRONE is the world’s first integrated variable chamber baler-wrapper. The baling module comes from the proven KRONE Vario Pack 1500 Multi-Cut series and bales can be produced in diameters of 1m (3ft 3in) to 1.5m (4ft 11in).

The 1500 model offers the flexibility of using the wrapping table as an accumulator when baling straw with the same benefits of time saved and reduced costs.

MultiCut comes as standard with the Combi Pack from KRONE and up to 17 knives to give a theoretical chop length of down to 64mm (2.5in). The KRONE tandem axle guarantees the smooth running with the minimum of ground damage.

Kuhn

One of the main features in the new Kuhn I-Bio+ is a patented twin film-on-film wrapping system that offers reduced wrapping costs and easier plastic recycling.

The i-Bio+ features a 230cm-wide pick-up with five tine bars and cam-track technology for improved contour following for cleaner, more-efficient grass collection.

Two intake rotors are available, the option of the OptiCut 14 or OptiCut 23.

McHale

The McHale Fusion 3 Plus integrated baler-wrapper consists of an 18-roller fixed-chamber baler and an integrated vertical wrapping ring. It uses film-on-film technology to apply film to the barrel of the bale in the bale chamber.

The McHale Fusion 3 Plus is a fully automatic machine which is controlled by the McHale iTouch Control Unit and also has an in-built camera to monitor wrapper operation. McHale says its patented film application system ensures consistent film stretch and reliable film application, while also delivering optimum bale shape and density. Should an operator wish to use net wrap for hay or straw, this can be done with a simple adjustment.

John Deere

Sharing all the strengths of the F441R fixed chamber baler, the C441R adds the high performance capability of the transport table system to produce more bales in a day. Its adjustable and rugged chamber ensures outstanding bale density and shape. The full-width drop-floor with parallel kinematic lets you remove blockages instantly from the comfort of your cab. The combination of a proven wrapping system with the heavy-duty feeding system and bale chamber of the F440R will give top-quality silage that will last well into the future.
