At the Easter Monday sale in Bandon Mart, Friesian bullocks made from €300 up to €555 over the €/kg. This varied from €1.55/kg to €1.75/kg for P grade potential stock right up to €2.07/kg for British Friesian type bullocks.

Angus bullocks dominated the numbers in the beef crosses sold and they made from €450 up to €780 with their weight. Continental bullocks drew flurries of bidding activity and made from €480 to €870 over the €/kg
