Irish Farmers Journal Social Networking Competition
1. All participants in the competition agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and will be required to confirm by clicking the button below.
2. The Competition is open young people aged between the ages of 10 and 18 years of age only.
3. All participants must first have obtained the permission and consent of their guardians/parents to participate in the Competition.
4. All participants must complete the registration process and provide all information required.
5. Participants must create a user name that is not their own name.
6. Participants are required in the registration process to provide their full name, email and address as well as their guardians/parents name and contact phone number. Only the user name and the County of the registered person will be accessible to public viewing.
7. All blogs created as part of the Competition will be on show to the public.
8. All persons seeking to registered will be vetted by the Administrator apPointed by the Farmers Journal.
9. All post whether by text, photo video or by any other electronic means will be vetted by the Administrator before same can go live.
10. The Administrator has full right and permission to (a) refuse the registration of any persons without being required to give any reason (b) block or delete any post made by any party without being obliged to give any reason (c) block or remove any persons access to the Competition or website or participation in any way in the Competition if in the sole opinion of the Administrator the behaviour of the participant is unacceptable or likely to cause upset or offence to any party what so ever how so ever arising.
11. The bloggers or any participants will not be allowed to comment on each others entries.
12. All participants must respect the views and comments of all other participants.
13. Unacceptable comments, posting or blogging will not be allowed and will be removed or blocked by the Administrator.
14. Any participants who have any concerns about any postings, blogs, comments or behaviour of any other participants should advise their guardians/parents and the Administrator immediately.
15. The Irish Farmers Journal reserve the right to record, copy or preserve any of the postings, comments, blogs or information acquired during the course of the Competition.
