Cooking demonstrations with Jacob Kennedy from Bocca Di Lupo and Clare Lattin and Tom Hill from Duck Soup in London; talks with Brian McGinn, producer and director of the Netflix hit Chef’s Table; engaging and interactive tastings of Irish craft beer and whiskies as well as highlighting the great grocers and shopkeepers and their roll in the farm to fork journey.

These are just a taster of some of the highlights of LitFest at Ballymaloe, which attracted more than 8,000 attendants this weekend.

Just before the closing ceremony, Ciara Leahy spoke to Darina Allen and Rory O’Connell about their high points of the weekend, the discussions about the importance of the Irish farmer throughout the weekend and the carefully selected food stalls showcasing the best of Irish food.
