can anyone tell me the recommended dosage of Flukiver injection pre kg in cattle

flukiver injection

the dosage is:
10 ml/100 kg LW
which is equivalent to:
5 ml closantel/kg LW
Cattle must not be injected at the beginning of lactation, the withdrawal period is 35 days before the animal is slaughtered.
