Holycross in Tipperary will once again play host to the Cut Loose country festival on Sunday, 19 July.

The line-up for the event has just been announced and a high-powered promotional campaign is already swinging into action.

The festival takes place at the Holy Cross-Ballycahill GAA pitch, a few miles from Thurles. Nathan Carter will headline the big occasion and the Wagon Wheel certainly looks set to be on a good roll.

Also on the bill are Mike Denver, Michael English, Robert Mizzell and Lisa McHugh.

Michael Lowry, organiser of the annual festival, said: “This is our fourth year running the Cut Loose country music festival, which attracts thousands to Holycross every year. Our objective is to ensure we provide a spectacular day of entertainment with a stellar line-up of top artists every year. We continually add new offerings and 2015 is no different. We’re confident we’ll attract country music fans from the length and breadth of the country.”

The six-hour show will run from 1pm until 7pm. A large dancefloor will facilitate those that wish to dance and ample seating is also available.

There is easy access to and from the festival venue with ample parking on-site, in addition to a host of hospitality facilities that includes a full alcohol licence and food services.

Tickets, priced at just €20, are available at local outlets, which are outlined on the festival’s website at www.cutloosecountry festival.com.

The event is supported by the Irish Farmers Journal and Tipp FM.
