Roxane Feller has been appointed the new managing director of the International Federation for Animal Health Europe (IFAH-Europe), taking over from Irishman Declan O’Brien, who held the top post since July 2005. Born in Switzerland, Feller comes with more than 14 years’ experience spent at the EU’s farm lobby COPA-COGECA (1995-2009) – first as communications officer and then as senior policy adviser.

Agra Facts reports that she is a lawyer by trade and proficient in French, German, English, Spanish and Dutch. Feller takes up the position at the IFAH-Europe, which represents the manufacturers of veterinary medicines, vaccines and other animal health products in Europe, on 24 February.
