The 143rd County Show at the County Showgrounds in Enniscorthy, Co Wexford took place on Saturday 27 June. The judging of cattle classes began at 11am on the grounds.

The morning kicked off with the judging of the Simmental classes. Champion on the day was Jennalyn Dee Duffy, a two-year-old in-calf heifer who was also last year's national champion and is owned by Garret Behan.

Hereford followed Simmental judging with large entries across all classes. Champion was awarded to Mervyn Parr who travelled from Castlecomer, Co Kilkenny with his cow Grianan Orange 589.

Belgian Blue Champion went to Thomas Cody of Pilltown, Co Kilkenny, with his September 2013 born heifer sired by Kilowatt. Reserve Champion went to Trevor Ashmore with his September 2013 Bull.

With low entries in the Limousin Classes, Champion went to Melvin Masterson, Rathnure with Galbally 1918.
