Pedigree Charolais and Aberdeen Angus bulls go under the hammer at Ballymena Livestock Market at noon on Friday 29 January for Victor and David Chestnutt, Bushmills, Co Antrim.

It is the seventh year in succession that the Chestnutts have offered ‘working bulls’ for sale.

The Chestnutts will facilitate anyone purchasing for export.

The 10 Charolais bulls on offer are out of Ellerton Independent, purchased by the family in Stirling for 10,000gns in October 2014.

The four Angus bulls are out of stock sire the Irish-bred Liss Dano.

Bulls can be viewed prior to the sale by contacting David on 078-431 52743.
