A farm extending to 76 acres has recently been offered up for sale near Tynan, Co Armagh by Newry-based auctioneers, Best Property Services.
The guide price for the entire property is £895,000 (€1.02m) or £11,776/acre (€13,447/ac).
It includes a small farmyard with a solid floor shed and a derelict house, which could have potential for a replacement dwelling.
The property is available in three lots, with the biggest extending to 54 acres in a single block with the farmyard located in the centre.
Lots two and three
The second lot is 16 acres, laid out in three fields on the opposite side of the Breaghey Road.
The final lot is a single six-acre field that runs adjacent to the biggest land parcel.
All land is laid out in grass at present and has been well-maintained. The sale is by private treaty and the closing date for offers is Friday 22 March.
