Bunning has extended its range of Lowlander Mk4 Compact vertical beater rear discharge dung spreaders with two new models to complement the existing 105C TVA. The firm has said the 12t 14.6m3 120C TVA and 15t 16m3 150C TVA will offer increased capacities while maintaining the compact design.

Bunning said the new models will offer the ability to increase output, carry more weight and be more manoeuvrable while not compromising on build quality and strength.

The range sees incremental increases in body length of 0.5m starting with the 105C (4.2m), a 120C at 4.7m and a range-topping 150C at 5.2m.

The firm said that each model has been built mirroring the standard range of Lowlander Mk4 spreaders, offering a spreading width of up to 16m. The 120C is standard with a 150mm square axle with 406 x 120 brakes, while the 150C comes as standard with a 150mm square axle with 406 x 140 brakes and an upgraded floor drive gearbox to suit higher demands.

The entire Compact range is equipped with 580/70 R38 tyres, contributing to an overall width of 2.82m with the option of increasing flotation by fitting 650/65 R38 tyres, which still keep the overall width below 3m. A hydraulic slurry door or canopy can be added if required.

Bunning said a three-year warranty is included in the purchase price, but that this is subject to terms and conditions.

Prices for the range start at €24,700 (£21,000) plus VAT. Bunning are imported into Ireland by John Burke in Wicklow.
