CNH brands – Steyr, New Holland Agriculture, FPT and Case construction equipment – have all been presented 2020 Good Design® Awards.

The awards are conferred by the Chicago Athenaeum (a museum of architecture and design and the European dentre for architecture, art, design and urban studies).

The selection criteria for such awards are based on quality design of the highest form, function and aesthetics, a standard beyond ordinary consumer products and graphics.

Elements that also play a substantial role in the allocation of such an award include innovative design, use of new technologies, materials, construction, concept, utility and energy efficiency just to name a few.

Winners are chosen by a jury made up of design professionals, industry specialists and design journalists. Products from all industries and classes were submitted from a total of 48 countries.

The winning products and concepts from the four CNH brands were under the Industrial and Transport award categories. Winners will feature in the Good Design Yearbook for 2020-2021.
