Cahersiveen Festival

1-3 August: One of the festival highlights is the live music on the main street every night, covering everything from rock to country. Spraoi Festival

1-3 August: Spraoi International Street Arts Festival is staged in Waterford city and includes music and street theatre from all over the world. Stradbally Steam Rally

3-4 August: The National Steam Rally celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. In Cosby Estate, there will be plenty of trade stands selling everything from auto jumble through to vintage fashion. North Tipp Ag Show

4 August: Taking place in The Showgrounds, Nenagh, Co Tipperary, this year’s show caters for all ages. With a huge variety of trade stands, classes, livestock, show jumping, and competitions, including the best floral displays, photography, baking and much more, the show promises a great day out. Dublin Horse Show

6-10 August: The show will feature live music and entertainment, art, fashion, shopping, food and the best in national and international equestrian competitions.
