According to Met Éireann, temperatures will reach a low of 1°C in places, with a risk of slight frost tonight.

On Tuesday, there will be frequent scattered showers throughout Munster and Leinster, although it will remain largely dry over the north and west of the country.

However, Tuesday will be colder, with lows of 6°C and northwesterly winds.
