The holding consists of a substantial three-bedroom farmhouse on a block of 197ac, overlooking Lough Derravarra, and two outfarms located a five-minute drive away totalling 51ac.
All of the land is in permanent pasture. The farm has been run as a beef operation and the land has been well maintained.

The holding goes for auction on Thursday 27 May at 3pm on the LSL platform. The guide price for the total is €2m. This is an executor sale.
