Good Friday will start cloudy, with some outbreaks of heavy drizzle and rain.

The rain would turn more persistent for a time, with the more prolonged periods of rain falling in the north and west.

The damp conditions will clear, however, leaving a dry and bright day for most as the afternoon progresses. There is a risk of some rain in the northwest.

A mild enough day, with temperatures ranging from 9°C to 13°C.

Friday night will see any of the remaining rain and drizzle clear. It will become colder with grass frost likely as temperatures drop to between 2°C and 5°C.
