Canadian wheat production for 2019 is forecast to increase by 6% to reach 32m tonnes.

The increased production is also set to lead to higher wheat exports from Canada, which are forecast to increase almost 10% to hit 24m tonnes.

Australian live exports have rebounded strongly in 2018.

For the 11-month period to the end of November, Australian live cattle exports stood at just over 1m head.

This is up 27% on the same period in 2017.

More than half of these cattle (540,000 head) were shipped to Indonesia.
