Kirby Group Engineering which directly employs over 1,000 people, provides electrical and mechanical engineering contracting services in Ireland and across Europe.

The company has developed a new and world-class structured training and development programme for graduates within the sectors.

Kirby has benefitted from the skills of its graduates for many years, with many of the business’s senior leaders beginning their careers on the programme.

When processing new graduate applications, Kirby’s recruitment team are looking for bright, ambitious, driven and motivated people, who are looking to kickstart their careers in the mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines.

With an expected intake of 20 particpants this year, the graduate programme offers a very competitive salary, along with the support of a mentor while working on some of the most prestigious projects in Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe. The aim is to develop the best and brightest engineering talent to become the future leaders in the industry.
