The acquisition of Feale Bridge and Headley Bridge Co-op by North Cork Co-op has been cleared by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission and can now proceed. North Cork Co-op is headquartered in Kanturk and has members in Cork and Kerry. Feale Bridge and Headley Bridge Co-op is based at Abbeyfeale, Co Limerick, and its principal activity is sale of raw manufacturing milk to dairy processors.

The co-op also has two agri stores supplying feeds and other farm inputs. Following the merger, its members will become full members of North Cork.
