Last Saturday 21 November, Hennessy Auctioneers held its second fully online monthly machinery auction since increased COVID-19 restrictions were introduced. The sale took place at its usual location, the old mart in Portlaoise.

A total of 399 lots were sold on the day with a number of deals struck since on larger entries which had been sold subject. There was great interest again this month regardless of the fact that all deals were once again done online. A total of 437 bidders were registered for the auction.

Similar to the firm’s recent monthly sales, there was a great variety of well-minded machinery, both new and old, on offer.
