Weather forecast

According to Met Éireann Monday will be dry in most places with frost clearing and a bright start to the day.

However, the south and west of the country is likely to experience a few patches of rain and drizzle throughout the afternoon.

Winds are expected to be light to moderate in most parts of the country, but are predicted to be strong and gusty along the Atlantic coast.

Highest temperatures are expected to reach 3 to 6°C.
