After Sunday's deluge, Met Éireann is forecasting a dry and bright day today except for the odd light shower in the north and west. Westerly winds will turn more southwesterly and freshen in along Atlantic coasts during the afternoon. Rain will reach the southwest of Munster by evening. Highest temperatures will range from 7°C to 11°C.
