Weather forecast

There will be bright spells and scattered showers in the northern half of the country on Friday morning but it will be cloudier in the south, with showery outbreaks of rain. The afternoon will bring a mix of sunshine and showers, some of which will be heavy and thundery. Light to moderate westerly breezes will veer northwesterly and freshen during the day and it will feel quite cool. Highest temperatures will range from 14°C to 17°C.
