Liam Lynn and his son William farm beef and sheep in Emper, Ballynacargy, Co Westmeath. They rear calves to beef, selling on some stock as yearlings and stores. William has a great interest in breeding and they mostly breed Limousin and Simmental suckler cows. This interest has seen William currently studying to become a science teacher. One of their pedigree Simmental cows has just giving birth to a purebred Simmental calf after breeding with their pedigree Simmental stock bull. \ Philip Doyle
