DEAR SIR: If you have any respect for the consumer in pursuing a PGI grass-fed label for beef, then it has to be for animals finished off grass. Imagine if you ordered a grass-fed steak in any restaurant and were subsequently told it was actually intensively fed meal in the finishing share of its life. I appeal for honesty. Call it something else.
