There has been keen interest in a 25ac farm with stables and a derelict cottage which went on the market in north Co Dublin in recent weeks.

The property is Briary Park Farm at The Doolagh, Stamullen, located on the border with Co Meath. It is for sale by private treaty from Drogheda auctioneers Robt B Daly & Sons Ltd.

The holding is all in grass and has road frontage.

The five stables are beside the derelict cottage. Planning permission has been obtained to renovate and enlarge the cottage.

The c256ac at Briary Park Farm at Stamullen is in one block.
