Vallée SA is a Brazilian company that manufacturers and distributes veterinary products, vaccines and therapeutic supplements for animals.

“We will continue to seek opportunities like these that complement our business and bring value to our customers,” he said.

MSD, or Merck Animal Health as it is known in the US and Canada, is in more than 50 countries including Ireland, where it employs around 30 people.

It sells animal health products in 150 markets to farmers, pet owners and governments.
