These are senior hands-on, managing partner roles, where the successful candidate would be required to take responsibility for day-to-day leadership, leading and supporting people on site, delivering performance against agreed key performance indicators and working in partnership with landowners and the wider Farming Partners team.

One role is at Dalswinton, a well-established operation where 800 cows are being milked across 450ha. All the farm's youngstock is reared on the farm too.

The second role is at Third Farm, which is being converted this year with a new parlour and infrastructure and will be readied for calving in 2027 with a target herd of around 600 cows.

For the right people, a competitive package - alongside scope for investment in cows and the opportunity to grow your own business within the Farming Partner's model - is being offered.

Both roles are expected to start in summer 2026. The deadline to apply is fast approaching on 16 February 2026.
