Aurivo is inviting farmers and potential farmers across the northwest to take part in a series of free, confidential one-to-one meetings focused on farm succession and generational renewal.

Under the theme 'your farm, your future', these sessions will provide tailored advice and practical guidance to help farm families plan for the future of their farms.

The initiative aims to answer key questions many farmers face, such as 'where do I start' and 'who can I speak to'.

The consultations will be delivered in partnership with the Land Mobility Service and ifac, offering insights into succession planning, land transfer and partnership options.

Each meeting will last 45 minutes and will be fully confidential, with no terms or conditions attached.

Commenting on the initiative, Aurivo CEO Donal Tierney said the clinics build on the large-scale events on succession held in January 2025.

“This year, we feel we need to bring the expert advice to a one-to-one level, which allows our farmers to ask the questions they want answered in a private and confidential setting.

“Succession is one of the most significant challenges facing Irish agriculture today and at Aurivo we strive to provide our farmers with the knowledge and support necessary for a positive outcome for this generation and the next,” he said.
