More than 2,500 ewe lambs and hoggets were on offer at the Tullow Sheep Breeders' 39th Annual Show and Sale, held at Tullow Mart, Co Carlow. A strong trade saw ewe lambs sell to a top price of €380, while top-quality hoggets exceeded the €400 per head mark on several occasions, reflecting continued demand for quality breeding stock. \ Justin Lynch
