A new mental health campaign, which will see a pack sent out to participants’ homes, has been launched by Macra.
The new campaign called ‘Ewe Go’ is part of Macra’s ongoing 'Make the Moove' mental health initiative and will be rolled out over the next four weeks.
Under 'Ewe Go', a pack to be sent out to those who wish to participate with two helpline cards and two Revive active sachets in it.
Macra president Josephine O’Neill said 'Ewe Go' is about taking time out to decompress.
“The campaign aims to encourage people to take time out of their busy day to go and do an activity such as a walk or run with their friends or family, having a chat and minding not just physical health but mental health.
"Asking for help or confiding in someone about your mental health can always be the hardest part, but we at Make the Moove are here to help, so if you need any support, feel free to reach out to us,” O’Neill added.
