'Honour'

“It is a great honour and privilege to be appointed chair of Aurivo co-operative, a co-op that has such a proud heritage playing a key role across our region and in the lives and livelihoods of our members, employees and communities.

“I look forward to working with Lawrence, my fellow board members, our management team and all those across the co-operative to continue serving the best interests of our members and supporting the long-term development of Aurivo.

“On behalf of the board, I would also like to thank Raymond for his leadership, commitment and service as chair. He has made a significant contribution to Aurivo and we wish him every success for the future,” Garvey said upon his election.
