The holding is in one block and divided into five main fields. The land is in permanent pasture with a water supply laid on throughout the fields.
The bidding opened at €600,000. Two individuals then took the bidding to €1,010,000, at which point it was declared on the market. After some further bids the land was sold for €1,050,000. The guide price had been €16,000/ac to €18,000/ac.
