The Irish Exporters Association (IEA) has named Silver Hill Duck sustainable food and drink exporter of the year.
The Emyvale, Co Monaghan-based company, founded in 1962, previously won this award in 2019 and is now exporting to over 30 countries, supplying more than 82,000 ducks every week.
As a founding member of Bord Bia’s Origin Green programme, the company has achieved Gold Standard certification for its outstanding environmental and social responsibility initiatives.
The 2025 Export Industry Awards saw 11 high-profile companies recognised across 12 categories battle it out to become overall winner.
The IEA’s annual flagship event was hosted by renowned consumer and retail expert Ken Hughes and the evening brought together leading figures from the export industry along with local and international dignitaries.
