A Christmas lights tractor run will take place in Grange, Co Sligo, on Sunday 21 December, with all funds raised going to two local charities - Northwest Stop and Sligo Cancer Support Centre.

Northwest Stop is a voluntary charity dedicated to suicide prevention by offering free, confidential counselling, information and support to individuals and families in crisis. Their work saves lives and brings hope during the darkest moments.

Sligo Cancer Support Centre is a safe, welcoming space offering emotional, practical and therapeutic support to people living with cancer and to their families. They ensure no one faces their journey alone.

Both charities are crucial to the northwest, providing comfort, care and support when it’s needed most.

Tractor run

According to the organisers of the tractor run, all vehicles are welcome to take part. The run will begin at 5pm in Grange, Co Sligo.

Following the run, a Christmas charity auction will take place on Sunday 28 December in Lang's Bar at 8pm.

The charity auction will feature a wide range of fantastic items, generously donated by local businesses.
