A total of three farmers have been named on the latest tax defaulters list published by Revenue, which covers the period from 1 April 2025 to 30 June 2025.
James Ennis of Clonmeen, Rhode, Tullamore, Co Offaly, was fined €2,500 in court for the misuse of marked mineral oil, commonly known as green diesel.
Two Monaghan farmers were included on the tax defaulters list for keeping prohibited goods.

Kevin Mohan of Annaglough, Castleshane, Co Monaghan, was fined €20,000 in court.
Kieran Sherry of Alkill House, Alkill, Castleshane, Co Monaghan, was handed down 240 hours community service in lieu of 15 months imprisonment by the court.
