If hurling and football matches were filling your weekend calendars up to now, I think you could consider tractor runs as a suitable replacement.

In two weeks’ time on Sunday 23 November, Kilbarron village in Co Tipperary is where you need to be for a tractor run in aid of the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust.

All money collected for the event will be donated to the organisation, in the memory of Kevin Cahalan, a young local man from a farming family in Ballinderry, who died tragically in Perth in 2017.

Donations can also be made online if you can’t get there with your tractor or to watch from the sidelines.
