The community of Currow near Castleisland in Co Kerry has organised a tractor run on Monday 29 December in memory of a young man who tragically lost his life in a farm accident.
Aidan Daly died in January 2017 at the young age of 32 and is being remembered this Christmas at the fourth annual tractor run named in his honour.
The Aidan Daly memorial tractor run is kicking off at 1pm and all monies will be donated to the local Parish Community Centre Development Project.

“We are doing this in appreciation for all the support we have received from our community since Aidan left us,” Aidan’s mother Rose Daly said.
The tractor run will start from the Currow Church yard and the entry fee is €20. All vehicles are welcome.
Previous runs have benefited Embrace Farm, Kerry/Cork Cancer Bus and the Jack & Jill Foundation.
