A field of straw bales went on fire near the Hermitage golf course in Dublin on Sunday 20 July, and the matter was brought under control by the Dublin fire brigade.

Fire services from Dolphins Barn and Tallaght attended the scene.

The Dublin Fire Brigade said that smoke may have affected the N4 at the time of the fire as the field was close by. See the fire fighters putting out the fire on Sunday below:
