It will become drier and brighter in the afternoon, with sunny spells developing.

Saturday

Saturday morning will be dry, with sunny spells in the east.

Met Éireann has said there will be cloud spreading from the west, bringing some patchy rain and drizzle. Showery rain will then develop in the west by evening.

There will be highest temperatures of 17°C to 20°C.

Sunday

Sunday will see cloud and rain clear from the southeast in the morning, according to Met Éireann.

For the rest of the day, there will be dry and bright weather, with some showers in the northwest.

There will be highest temperatures of 16°C to 21°C.
