Niamh Mulhern from Ballina, Co Mayo, joined us this week on the podcast all the way from Singapore in southeast Asia.
The UCD food and agribusiness graduate has worked for Alltech and Phibro since graduating from her undergrad in 2021.
However, before taking the plunge into the corporate world, Niamh completed the MSc in food business strategy at Smurfit.
She is now in southeast Asia promoting Irish dairy and duck with Bord Bia.
