The holding is at MountKeeffe and is being sold by Timothy O’Connell Auctioneer. It’s going for auction and will be offered in lots.

The farm is 3km from Newmarket and 30km from Mallow. It has frontage on the Newmarket to Charleville Road.

The land is in one unit and laid out in large fields with mature hedge boundaries. The ground is in permanent pasture.

Three floors

The house was built in the mid 1700s and is 3,735 square feet in area, over three floors. It was occupied until recently. The yard has a slatted house, cubicle shed and silage pits.

The auction takes place on Monday 9 October at 3pm at the Charleville Park Hotel. Lot 1 is the entire holding.

The farm is in one unit and is in permanent pasture.
