A parcel of 18.2ac is for sale in a good location near Dundalk, Co Louth. The land is at Clermont and is being sold by Property Partners Laurence Gunne. It’s going for auction and the guide price is in the region of €15,000/ac.

The location is between Blackrock and the M1 motorway, on the L7162. The land for sale is just off the L7162 on a shared laneway.

The land is in three square divisions and is in permanent pasture. A first cut of silage was taken off the land in recent weeks. The ground is fertile and in good condition.

The auctioneers point out that galvanised gates and various other equipment on the land belong to the outgoing tenant and will be removed prior to completion of a sale.

This is an executors’ sale. The land has been in the same family since the 1940s. The auction takes place on Monday, 15 July at 3pm in the auctioneer’s sales room.
