GVM Auctioneers sold three Co Limerick farms at auction in recent days. First up was a 35.5ac residential roadside farm at Millmount, Kilmallock. The single-storey farmhouse was in need of complete refurbishment.

The farm is divided by the main Dublin to Cork railway line. However, an underpass allows access between both sections. The River Loobagh runs along a stretch of the boundary, ensuring uninterrupted water supply.
