The location is 800m off the Shercock to Cootehill main road (R192), on the L6109 local road, at Corcloghan. It’s a pleasant and sought after rural location, approximately 6km from Shercock and 10km from Cootehill.

The land sits in two blocks, on opposite sides of the public road. The two blocks are 200m apart and each is c11ac. The land is all in permanent pasture and has a water supply. It is good grazing land.

The land is good quality.

The house is single-storey with four rooms. It is approximately 750 sq ft and is in need of complete refurbishment.
