A public auction for the seven-year lease of the land which is available in three lots will take place at 3pm on Friday, 17 January in the Auction Room Ballycomey House, Castlecomer, Co Kilkenny.
Lot 1 consists of 48.8ac that is in one block and divided into four individual fields beside public road. Roughly 18ac of permanent pasture was reseeded in 2024 and the balance of the land is in tillage.
Comprising of 15.4ac, it is about 500m from Lot 1 and is divided into two individual fields which are in grass with laneway access to public road.
