Also at Ashbourne is c18ac at Knavinstown. The property sits on the N2, approximately 4km north of Ashbourne and has 233m of road frontage.

It lies in two fields and is in grass. It has mature boundary hedges and bounds the River Hurley. The guide price for this parcel is €335,000.

The third property is 21.774ac at Baconstown, Enfield, Co. Meath. It is 8km from Enfield, 4.7km from Summerhill and 6km from Rathmolylon. It has frontage on to two different public roads and lies in two divisions with mature boundary hedges.

This holding will be offered in lots.

Lot 1 is 9.711ac, Lot 2 is 12.063ac and Lot 3 is the entire. The guide price for the entire is €290,000. The land has been rented out for a number of years but will be sold with full, vacant possession.
